The total assets of testing facilities was over 4millions cny. There were over 10 persons who held the corresponding certificates are competent for dimension, tensile, impact, metallurgical, destructive test, bursting, and hardness testing. All the testing facilicites was certified by henan provincial bereau of quality supervison. The company was capable of doing the testing, inspection independently and precisely.
