The company had applied the zhengzhou municipal enterprise center of technology and zhengzhou municipal piping engineering research center of steel pipe fittings both in the year of 2010 and 2014. it had total of 78 in this center including 22 of research and development, 3 persons with senior professional title, 15 persons with medium professional title, 8 well-known technical leader in domestic counterparts; the center had 2 persons with doctor degree, 3 persons with master degree, and 20 persons with bachelor degree and 5 persons with college degree. Apart from that, the company has over 20 professional technicians of testing and inspection, the staff with certificates of the whole company account for 70% of the entire staff.
